Opponent View control added to Comparison tables

Users can now designate which team(s) should be in opponent view on comparison tables. An additional option allows for making the header visible or hidden in the table.

Bug Fixes

Fixed a bug where some custom page components weren’t reacting to the opponent view toggle when being viewed
